Strategy first. Products second.
Most fueling calculators tell you how much carbohydrate you need. FuelFit helps you decide what to actually use, when to take it and how to prove it works before race day.

Ranges, not decimals
Carbohydrate, fluid and sodium are shown as ranges with a confidence level. Without a sweat test, sodium stays low confidence.
No unsafe jumps
If your current tolerance is well below the theoretical target, we cap the race number and show the long-term potential separately.
Caffeine with care
Doses stay in sensible ranges and are reserved for late in the race. Never trial a high dose for the first time on race day.
